Default Hey Guys! - My Intro

Hi everyone, my name is T.J. and i'm from Ireland i have been overweight since i was 14 and it gadually got worse and worse(21 now).

A while ago i decided i can't really keep living like this so a change is in order i've been planning everything and i'm starting tmrw.

I weigh in at a shameful 332lbs and i'm 6' 4" tall, my goal weight is 210 lbs which would be just ideal for me.

I said i would join this site as it seems to have alot of activity and alot of good people on it so i will be tracking my progress on here...what section of the forum i'm not sure i'll probably keep track in the "mens corner".

Thanks for reading this everyone and heres to progress!

You can look around until you find a compatible feeling group of folks. The site is organized by diets, age groups, and activities.

You might find similar interests in the 20 something group or the Men's Forum.

Do you already have a food plan and an exercise plan?

Hey Bill, yeah i have a friend who's a personal trainer who is doing up a unique diet and workout plan for me.
