Lightbulb Stumbling Towards Weight Loss
Wondering where on the interwebs one can find support to lose weight slowly and permanently.

Are there other short people that can relate when a 5 lb weight gain looks a lot larger than it would on our normal sized sistren / brethren?

And what is this diet that allows fresh avocado and the occasional glass of wine?
