Hi Everyone!!
My name is Tracy and I am new (well relatively). I have decided to take control of my life and my figure and start dieting again. I have had two emotional set backs lately, my mother passed away and a guy I was seeing broke up with me. My mom and I were not close as she had mental health issues; however, it is still a little hard to cope with. The guy I was seeing was really great, we were just casually dating, but I miss his company. Rather than throw a pity party I am refocusing on myself and doing for myself what others cannot do.
I have about 60 pounds to lose. In the past low carb has worked really well for me, I even placed third in my agency's weight loss challenge. This time I am developing my own diet. Maybe customizing it will help.
I am a pretty good cook and I like to walk (we have lots of nature trails near my house) and do yoga. I love travel, photography, cooking, and tending to my cat. I am in my 50's, divorced and do not have any children.
Though I am looking for support, I look forward to supporting others no matter what goal you have or obstacle you face.
