Hi everyone I'm jennifer :dizzy new here. I started my weight loss journey 2 yrs ago. I was weighing in @ 172 over the couple of years I went as low as 140. But I seem to volley between 150 & 145 all the time. In Dec2012 I was 154, since jan first I'm again @ 145. I'm trying to weigh in @ 135. Any new ideas will help. I did the 17 day diet but now I'm stuck. Any ideas on low carbs?
