Hello Everyone
Hello. I am a guy, 22, from Virginia. The most I ever weighed was 330lbs. That was one and half years ago. I started dieting and exercising a lot for 3-4 months and then quit. I'm at 297 right now. I've never been able to keep weight off well after losing it. My long term to goal is to hopefully get down to 200lbs, but for right now I just want to get on a regular diet and exercise routine to slowly lose weight, and not get bored with said diet/exercise plan like I have in the past. I decided to join here because I don't know anyone personally who is going through the same thing and could use some support.
