Hi everyone =) I just joined today and I'm looking for a couple of other girls to keep in touch with so we can motivate each other and not fall off the wagon.
I've reached my highest weight ever and I'm not only shocked but disappointed and depressed. I've always struggled with my anxiety attacks in the past but the last couple of months have been exhausting and most days I find myself just sleeping on the couch all day, only waking up long enough to eat. I've made several promising starts at getting in to the gym and working out as well as changing my diet up but I lose energy and motivation extremely quickly - it's hard to want to go work out when I feel like I haven't slept in ages despite getting 10-14 hrs of sleep. I realize most of this lack of energy comes from my iron deficiency but in the past the iron capsules haven't really helped me and I feel that a change in diet and exercise routine might be the best way to go this time.
So, if anybody here is looking for someone else to motivate them in their exercise and diet goals please post here. I think we should all have a time every day when we check in with each other and make sure we're all on track; I'm thinking of signing up for a skype account so we can keep in touch. Let me know what you all think =)

Hi gals..well I need to lose a lot of weight too..))dont we all..lol..I did Atkins back in 2005 with great results, but 2 years ago I started falling of the wagon and added more weight gain..I started Atkins last week and so far I have lost 10 pounds..however, I need to exercise and I just hate that part..but I do walk a lot as I have dogs..Is there anyone in BC?
Hi all, I'm new here too, this is my first post. I've been looking around the site all morning, and the success stories are very inspirational. I'm ready to finally lose this weight, and I love the support I see on 3FC!
We can all use the support and motivation to keep us going on our daily quest to get healthy. I recently signed up for MyFitnessPal and am loving it but I understand it isn't for everyone. I would love to be able to help support and motivate. :0)
