Hi everyone. I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Connie and I am aiming to lose 40 lbs. My daughter graduates HS in May and I weigh 5 more pounds now than I did the day I delivered her!

Default Hi Im new

Hey All , My name is Kel and I am starting on a new lifestyle. I am a CANDY ADDICT. When I was younger I weighed between 100 - 110 in my teen years. I am currently 200 lbs. Yep 200. Im 5 ft 5 and id like to get down to 150. My question is should I set small goals and if so how much? Do I make it 10lbs and give myself a time frame, then once that is accomplished move on to the next 10? Just looking for some advice. I just joined Planet Fitness so im good on the exercise aspect. I also downloaded the app myfitnesspal and its really good with helping me keep track of calories. Ok sorry if this is too long. Thanks for having me on the site.

I am also using my fitness pal, that has helped a ton! I also measure out 64 oz of water in the morning and am having no problem drinking it all plus about 20 more. I loved the quote about not losing 100 pounds, but losing 10 pounds 10 times! Now my goal is to just lose 10 pounds
