It is so hard for me to start a diet. I have did the south beach diet 4-5 years ago. I ended up losing 20 lbs which made me feel great. Of course
I have gained it all back plus some. I weigh 180 and wanna be down to 140-135 by may. My lil brother is gettin married and I am the maid of honor. I started the south beach again yestersday and man!, It is hard. Today has been alot better though just trying to stay positive and need all the support i can get. I am ready for my back to stop hurting all the time and look great in anything. My wardrobe is no longer i am down to 2 pair of jeans that still fit me lol. I AM READY FOR A CHANGE!!!!

You can do it! ive tried so many different diets and have always lost but gained back so this time im being realistic with my food and exercise and realistic with my goal's,
