OK, I am in. 5'11, M, 34, 262lbs (mostly in my gut) with a disability. Been dabbling with WW and various diets over the past ten years and it never works. Need to start counting calories religiously--MFP is a good app and a place to start. 1500 calories a day featuring Veggies and protein. And need to stop slurping down
so much beer. <----- My Main Issue
I have been exercising at the gym--either swimming or elliptical and weights and plan to go 3 times a week minimum. I work at a desk 50 hours a week, so there is that.
Doing this for my wife who is fed up with me, doing this for my dad who needs help too, and doing it for me--want to look better in the buff ya know?
Just need support and motivation.
