So, I am again trying to lose weight. I was at 290lbs, got to 180lbs, and have now gone back up to 200lbs =[
So here we go again, weight you shall be controlled. I lost it last time by working in a holiday resort so I didn't have much time to eat a lot but i worked a lot, but that didn't get into healthy eating habits because I was eating pretty much junk food, and if not that living off energy drinks ( I know have a bit of an addiction to them so I'm trying to cut back on those to) So heres to a new year, and hopefully this time next year a new me =]
