Im excited about your being on this board. Do you have an idea of how you are going to start? I bet you will feel a lttle better every day. Hooray for you!
I think I am going to cut sugar and flour and up my water for now. I have the weight watcher books and i lost 30lbs over the summer but I quit and put it all back on. I am not 100% sure what I am going to do but one thing that is for sure it time to do something.
My first day too! We can do this together. I am excited about the journey and really we just need to lose one pound a bunch of times! We can lose one pound... I believe in you.
