Hello I am new and definetly in need of support. I weigh so much and hate the way I look. I try so hard to just love myself and realize loosing weight takes time but it is hard. I have four siblings whom are all absolutly gorgeous and thin. I am very jealous. I have never been skinny ever. However with all of this I can't wait to meet people on here and get support and hopefully help support others.

Penmage, how do I get one of those weight count down thing?

After you have been a member for 20 days (literally 20 days after the exact minute you signed up) and have posted 20 times, you can get a signature.

For the weight ticker, once you reach that point, click on "User CP" in the purple bar up at the top of the page.

On the left hand side, there's a menu, click the link that says "Edit Signature" At the top of that page, there's a link to instructions on how to get your own set up (and edit it as you lose weight).
