Default Just Joined Up!
Hi all.

Just this minute registered.

I am 44 and have gradually put on over 3 stine since getting married in 2005.
I am determined to change for good this time and have always had the best results from Weight Watchers.
I have recently been diagnosed with CFS so cannot just launch into a big excercise programme but will do as much as I can.

I am looking forward to hearing all of your successes.
