Hey all! I'm new obv & wanted to introduce myself & ask a bit advice,Im a young female adult, currently in college & looking for a job.I have a LOT of weight to lose & a long way to go.I need a bit of advice,hope you guys don't mind..I'm looking to start super slow so that way I wont give up so easily..I was thinking I would do things by months,ex the first month I cut out sodas because trying to do everything at once just seems to really push me to my limits,I'm also watching my portions. The 2nd month I figured I would focus on cutting down on sugar & sweet intake, an limiting my carbs.. the 3rd month is when I will add a bit of exercise to my schedule. Do you guys think this is a good way to start? & a good plan so far..any suggestions or advice would be appreciated! Thanks hope to hear from you girls
