Here I am...the heaviest ever. 5 months ago had a baby by c-section & can't lose a pound. Been heavy since I stopped starving myself in high school (13 years ago) Work long hours & with a new baby I have no energy or time to exercise. Feeling defeated, depressed, and mad at my body. Looking at diets out there, probably going to try the 17 day diet...I just need some support from gals who understand...no reprimands or guilt trips...I am my own critic. I've failed at weight loss so many times.
Oh hun, btdt! I was my heaviest ever 6 months after giving birth. Your body is still adjusting and if you're breast feeding its hard to lose the weight when you're hungry all the time.
Just take one day at a time, you can do this!!!!
Welcome to 3FC! I kind of understand how you feel, but to be honest.. I weigh more now than my heaviest pregnancy weight - that's depressing! We're all here to motivate each other and for that I am glad. Good luck to you.
