Hi everyone!! I hope that y'all are all doing well. I had to stop doing Atkins a couple of months ago due to kidney pain and promptly regained 15 pounds of the 26 that I had lost while on Atkins. My doctor urged me not to restart Atkins, so I am back to calorie counting with my goal being mostly whole foods and daily count of 1500-1800. My exercise options are limited due to a foot injury so I mostly ride my bike and will be starting Tai Chi soon. Happy to be back!
