Hi. I'm a twenty year old college student. I weight 210 lbs. I've previously tried dieting and it has worked. However, after losing 10 lbs I decide I can't live a moment longer without junk food. (That's my weakness, I don't mind exercise). My mini goal Is to weigh under 200. Well, wish me luck.
I am also new and in college. We can both stick to staying away from junk food I know we can. I hope you find this support group helpful I know I am looking forward to getting to know you and the rest of this community.
