Hello everyone,

I've come across this community a few times and I always thought about joining it.

So I'm Lynn, and I've struggled with my weight from the time I was about 14. I was diagnosed with PCOS at 15 and that's nothing else I've been dealing with. I'm no stranger to diets, or wanting to achieve my goal. I'm at that point now in my life where I want to do something about my life and make a permanent change.

I've basically decided to join in this website in hopes of meeting people and finding support and motivation.
