Default Just getting started
I finally decided it was time to quit playing with this weight issue and started Ideal Protein on Monday. Already down 8 lbs. which is motivating. . . . right now I am in the right mindset. Sure I'll need lots of support. My goal is to lose 50-60 pounds. Feeling good about my decision.
