Hi Everyone,
I found this website by chance last night and decided to join the forums/blog this morning.
I'm looking to lose 62 lbs and get my heath back on track (as of yesterday, ;D). I returned to using my Weight Watchers online yesterday (might go back to meetings but I already do Overeaters Anonymous), and I do exercise regularly (mostly running and some CrossFit) but my overeating prevents any progress.
