Hi all! I introduced myself a looooong time ago on here, but then just never checked back. I realize now that I need support in order to truly succeed.
My name is Brittany and I am a full time pharmacy technician and in my last year of college as an accounting major. I am 26, married, and I am currently 18 weeks pregnant with my first child! My highest weight was 195, which was about a year ago. I now hover around 180.
My goal and intention for the next 5 months is to not go on an extreme diet and focus on strictly losing weight. I am aiming to eat better, count calories that are suitable for both me and the baby (around 1500 - 1700), and mainly keep pregnancy weight gain in check. Throughout my pregnancy, I have managed to not gain any weight yet... however if I don't nip the extra eating in the bud, the second half of my pregnancy will not have the same outcome.
I wanted to introduce myself and say hi here, but I guess I will go scooch on over to the "Dieting with obstacles" section.
