Re-Intro: Kicking Butt and...
taking numbers!
Hi everyone,
I had joined this site 88 days ago. I know it was 88 days ago because MFP tells me I've been on this journey to change my lifestyle 88 days ago. I can't remember my previous username since I haven't signed in for several weeks and 3FC apparently had a glitch with some peoples accounts who signed up around the same time I did.
Ok so now for the nitty gritty...I was an athlete. I AM an athlete. My inner-athlete is crying, kicking and screaming to get out from underneath the flubber that has been suffocating it for so long. I started out at a sickening 310lbs and am down to 368.6 as of last Wednesday. Every Wednesday morning I weigh-in and record my weight using MFP and my blog where I also chronicle anything else I feel like as far as this process goes. I've come a long way in a short time and have a head of steam that is pushing me forward. Good luck to everyone! Keep fighting the flab!
