Hello, everyone!
My name is Laura and I just joined this forum yesterday. While I am new here, I (like many of you) am not new to the weight loss scene. In 2008, I made the decision to change my life. I started at 270lbs and over a few years worked my way down to the 170s. That was last year. I became lazy about diet and exercise and gained about 30lbs back. So, here I sit at 207. My fault, but I'm getting back on track.
I love the outdoors (hiking, running, rollerblading)...I just haven't been DOING those things. My boyfriend is one of those lucky people who is always "normal" if not "thin". He eats like a horse (eh, yeah, guilty) and does nothing by way of exercise save drill once a month for the Guard.
I'm looking forward to continuing my journey with all of you lovely people!!
