Hello,
My name is Cristina, I am a 27 year old full time student and mother of 2 (a 5 and a 1 year old). I am 5'4, currently 191 lbs. I have been overweight for years now, and have had some yoyo weight losses in the past. I started my last pregnancy at 186 lbs. and only gained 11 lbs. after the birth of my daughter I lost weight super fast. I got down to 168 lbs. (the lowest I had been since 2005) then gained it all back very quickly. I have had various health issues in the past year... Back problems, thyroiditis, and was just diagnosed with sleep apnea.
I have decided its time for a change! I started the 17 day diet one week ago, Ive already lost 6 lbs. I am also considering starting c25k! My goal for now is to get to 150 lbs. then I will try to reach my final goal of 135-138 lbs.
I just wanted to introduce myself, in hopes of finding other people that are committed to losing weight, I need some accountability!!
