Hello everybody! I am new to this site I just found it yesterday. I am excited to be part of a forum. I have tried numerous diets but I always get discouraged after a while. I might end up loosing 20 pounds and then give up and end up gaining them back and a few more pounds.
I think this forum will be of great help since I am looking for a support group. I would love to loose around 50 pounds. My plan is to eat healthier, eliminate cookies, bread and tortillas. Drink 1 gallon of water a day. And do some workout videos at home.
