I did weight watchers, and other than being more active in general, i really didn't exercise the first 17 months I was on it. 2 months ago I joined a gym and go every day. I absolutely love it. I realize I can do more than I thought I would be able to. Plus I'm gaining "my vanity muscles" (biceps, triceps, lats, pectorals) back as my trainer puts it.
You can do it. You've taken the first step by admitting you need to.
