Just a short introduction from yours truly! My name is Sam, I'm 22 (almost, 2 weeks) and I'm here to finally stick to getting healthy. I weigh 220/224 and I'm looking at a long term goal of 140. I've been overweight since middle school, but didn't really notice or feel self conscious until the 8th grade. I have a father who feels "tough love" is the best way to go, so I've been called every name in the book from cow to pig. x.x fun, right? Anyway I'm here to make a lifestyle change and learn self control so that I can better my quality of life and my own self esteem. It's going to be a looooong journey, but with the support of such helpful people as I've noticed you all to be, I may actually have a good chance of achieving my goals!
