Hey everyone, I'm Bree.
I'm 21-years-old, a college student (studying Psychology and English) and a CNA at a nursing home. I don't have my official starting weight and measurements yet, as my only scale is at my apartment two hours away and I'm at my parents' house where the one scale we have is out of batteries, but I'll know tomorrow; I'm a little under 5'4, and last I checked I was 219lbs. I mainly wear scrubs and comfortable pants like sweatpants, not jeans, but the pair of jeans I have now is a 14/16.
My final goal is to weigh 120-140 and comfortable in my skin. I'd like to reach this goal in around a year or so, not sure. My 5-year high school class reunion will be in 2014 (I graduated in 2009) sometime, so that's one event to look forward to. I will also be graduating from university around then, as a super duper senior
I will be exercising about 4 times per week (I have exercise DVDs, I'll take walks, etc), and calorie counting (1200-1500). I also use the Slim-fast shakes.
