I'm 31 and I'm trying to kick my food addiction habit. In particular, I'm trying to break an emotional eating habit, lose some weight and get fitter. I have allowed my relationship with food to reduce the quality of my life over the last couple of years. Today is only the first day of my journey to regain some control and feel great, inside and out again. I'm hoping you guys can help give me some encouragement, motivation, support and tips. In return, I hope to share some knowledge, support and encouragement with you too!
