Wow, I'm so excited to have found this site!
This is my first serious attempt at losing this weight that I have managed to slowly put on in the past 10 years. Down 2lbs as of today. I know it's only 2lbs but it's a pretty big 2 lbs to me.

Question for you that have lost weight.
I am a big time Dr Pepper drinker. I cut the Dr P out completely. I am drinking a lot of green tea/lemonade from Starbucks but with only half the sweetner. I've cut out all junk food as well. I was expecting a bigger weight loss in the first 10 days rather than 2 measly pounds. I have little patience
). Do you think I should be stricter? I've pretty much cut out bread as well...only a couple of times have I had it. Maybe I shouldn't be drinking so much of the tea/lemonade? Still too much sugar?
