Default Hello, I'm new

Hello, nice to meet you.
I decided to join after having difficulty being motivated. I have been exercising and dieting since January, but my weight seems to go down then up again.
I have finally started counting calories, and discovered that normally I eat too little. So I have recently increased my calorie intake to 1200. Hopefully that will help. (I am only 4' 11")
I have changed my workout routine, and now I am lifting weights every other day. Then doing cardio in between.
I have lost 20 pounds, but it took me a whole year to lose that. I have 30 pounds left to lose.

Reili, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join!
