Smile New here and wanting to say Helo
Hello All,
I just found my way here and I'm hopeing to glean a lot of support and help in reaching my "getting healty" goal.
I had lap bad surgery Jan 2009 and I have lost 101 lbs. gained back and lost the same 10 lbs over a span of a year. I would like to lose another 20 lbs, not getting me to my goal weight, but I would be happy there.

HELLO, LOUFAY ~ you have done well; I'm sure with the great support of this site, you will get that measely 10 lbs off in no time. We have a Weight-Loss Surgery forum here that I'm sure you'd like to check out too ...
