Hello 3FC! I'm a revert to 3FC, I guess you could say. I joined in 2009 when I thought I was oh so fat. (I would kill someone to be that weight now. Perhaps kill is a strong word- seriously maim.) Well, 30 pounds and 3 years later I've decided enough is absolutely enough. I've never be super happy about my body but now it feels so foreign. When I sit down I've got a gut that rolls out over my jeans...I remember when it wasn't there!
More importantly, I've got a heart condition that requires I start taking the reigns with my health. No more is just a cute butt, it's trying to delay surgery and reduce pills. It's about keeping my body healthy so that I can have kids in a few years. It's not losing weight, it's about gaining health along the way.
So what'd ya say, ladies? Can you help this slacker get it in gear? I'm going to need all the support I can get but I'm determined to meet my goals this time around. Lifestyle, not a diet!
No more excuses...again.
