Hi Everyone!
I'm new here and well as you can tell by my title I am loving my life as a new mom and wife. My son is 9 months and even though I lost all my pregnancy weight in 3 weeks (50lbs of mostly swelling! No pre-eclampsia just water retention) I am left with a new shape which for the most part very nice lol Hips and behind are much curvier now
My stomach of course is the issue, I never hated my stomach since it was flat and tight and now it bothers me.
So here I am to make a change!
My goal is to work out 5-6 days a week 30-45 cardio and 15-30 strength training and eat clean
