Hi there. I started my weight loss program on March 5, 2012. So far I have lost 27.6 lbs with a long road ahead of me. I've found that it's a LOT of hard work and there isn't really anyone who understands my frustrations or can appreciate my achievements, no matter how small.
I am here looking mainly for support and to provide support for people who are going through the same ups and downs that I am.
Hey, welcome! I'm new too, and I totally understand your frustration/ disappointment when nobody notices all the hard work you've been doing. I've slightly obsessed about nutrition so i happen to talk about it a bit and my friends actually told me to just shut up about it! (sorry for my little rant, so pissed at that). Anyway, welcome and i hope you find the support you're looking for!
