Hi, I'm new at this
Hi-
I’m new to this forum. In September of 2009, my friend and I decided to write about our weight loss journeys. She wanted to lose over 100 pounds (has since lost 70) and I wanted to lose 40 pounds (which I did in 8 months). Trying to keep it off is the challenge for me now. We decided to write a blog about it, which also includes our daily life experiences, and the role food and exercise play in it. We try to post daily. She lives in the Boston area, is married with two kids, and I am a single mom who lives in Manhattan. I think you might enjoy reading about our journeys.
