Hi guys!!
So excited to finally be a member on here! I've read it for months but decided to take the plunge since I'm serious about getting rid of this extra weight!!
I'm hoping to lose ~62lbs and get to my ideal weight of 133, starting at 195 right now~ this sounds silly to me as I type it but the Goal photo album has me thinking otherwise! BTW congrats to all of you on there-seriously fantastic work!!
Anyway, if anyone has any tips/advice for a newbie, I'm all ears!
