Third Time's the Charm
Hi everyone!
This is my third attempt at weight loss using the WW points plus system. The other two times I got about halfway to my goal before slipping up and gaining all the weight back (and then some). I'm not attending the meetings but using an app on my phone to keep track of the points and I also started exercising last week. I'm already down a few pounds and I'm not quite sure what my final goal weight is yet. Right now, I just want to fit back into my high school jeans!
Little bit about me: I am a junior in college studying to become a high school teacher. I love to cook, spend time with my friends and my boyfriend, and I am a serious history buff.
