I'm in the UK, and It is really nice to see meet you all.
I started dieting about a weekmor so ago, but am not on any plan. I am trying to take a good look at what I eat and make changes one thing at a time. I have alos started blogging about it in the hope it will keep me on track.

I'm also in the UK, also not following a particular plan and also making life changes that I hope will stay with me forever, far and beyond when I reach my goal weight!
You might want to take a look at the UK Chicks board and also at the challenges or other boards and get stuck in with something! This is a really great place to get help/advise to help keep you motivated and to generally moan and rant. I love it!
2013 is going to be MY YEAR! Focusing on good food choices and exercise, the rest will follow!
Taking a break from the scale, but BACK WITH A BANG! When I'm back in the UK in April 2013 I hope to be lower than 168, which is from July 2012ish and the lowest I got before some regaining. Until then, it's all about good food and exercise and no obsessing over numbers!
