ughh where to start...i'm 20 (i'll be 21 next month woo) i've struggled with my weight most of my life. i'm am currently 168lbs and desperately trying to change that. I just don't even know where to start because i have absolutely no self-control when it comes to food, i'll eat for no reason at all. I've started calorie counting and only drink water this past week, if anyone has any other advice pleaseeeeee feel free to say so :]
Wonderland, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diet plans, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join. Be sure to check out the Calorie Counters groups and the 20-somethings.
