Hi everyone!

ughh where to start...i'm 20 (i'll be 21 next month woo) i've struggled with my weight most of my life. i'm am currently 168lbs and desperately trying to change that. I just don't even know where to start because i have absolutely no self-control when it comes to food, i'll eat for no reason at all. I've started calorie counting and only drink water this past week, if anyone has any other advice pleaseeeeee feel free to say so :]

Welcome! I know the start of this journey is the hardest, but once you start giving up bad habits it will be so worth is trust me!

3FC has helped me a lot, everytime I get a craving I come on here and receive a lot of support and I we can all help you reach your weight loss goal<3

Welcome! Sounds like you've got a great start, just throw in some exercise for fitness and you're good to go!

Wonderland, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diet plans, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join. Be sure to check out the Calorie Counters groups and the 20-somethings.
