Hello Everyone -
After losing 50 pounds and putting back 10 from the holidays to now, I need to finish this thing once and for all. I lost most of the weight with medifast -on and off.
Actually - it was the support 'teaming' system of their website that I believe is their greatest strength. However, it helped me to realize that for me, low carb is the way to go. I have decided to go forward with real food and finish what I started!

We have groups centering around specific diet plans such as low-carb, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join.
