Today is Day One of the Ideal Protein diet for me! I am super exciting about this journey and look forward to a healthier me and rediscovering the skinny person hiding inside
So far, so good. I had the IP Herb and Cheese omelet for breakfast. It tasted good, but the texture was difficult for me. I have issues with different textures. Guess it will just take some getting used to.

I am eating my omelet right now- I use it as scrambled eggs and added asparagus and broccoli, because I know I won't have veggie time at lunch today. I topped it off with some Chulula and it is quite good. Day 23 of OP for me. I am liking it, yesterday was a bit tough, found I have a lot of will power. Feeling great today!
