My name is Nicole.
I am new to this site, I came across it when I was looking for weight-loss support! I am very excited that I signed up. I have been reading some other posts done by people and I love the support!
I dont have any specific diet I am folowing like Weigh Watchers or anything. I am just cutting out junk food, fast food all the unhealthy foods I have been eating and relpacing them with good healty food!
I am also drinking only water! No soda or juice drinks!
I also plan on working out more!! Yay!
I am looking foward to losing some weight and getting in shape!

Sounds like you have a good plan. The most important thing to remember is if you have a bad meal, a bad day, heck, a bad food week. Do NOT let this be a reason to throw in the towel. Get back on track at the next meal. You can do this!!!

Just what I needed to hear NEMom! I was eating very well today and then we had cake at the office. I am so tempted to go back in the breakroom for another slice, but i don't want to! I do not need to throw in the towel - thanks!
