Hello all-

I finally registered after reading forums on 3FC for a long time. I am so miserable with my weight, and I have not been able to lose any pounds on my own. I recently joined WW and I have already sabotaged myself three weeks in. I love food and I have absolutely zero self-control. :/

I really love reading everyone's success stories and advice. This site will hopefully kick my butt into gear and help me reach my goal.

One day at a time, right?
