hi, im kirsty!
iv just found this site by accident tryin to find out if a calorie counting
diet is the way forward?

i have used ww and a couple of years ago los 3.5 stone but as i stopped going
over the years it came back. i.have rejoined several times since and just cant do it!
im looking at cal counting as its there on every packet! where as points are not.

and advice or encouragment would be very helpful please. and i hope this site
gives me the insparation t loose my tum! i want 24lb gone!

Hiya! Yeah i guess the best way to monitor it is to count calories, but the last thing you want is to become obsessed with counting them so be careful! As long as your burning more than you're putting in you'll lose that tum! Although if it was that easy i guess neither of us would be here! Welcome to the site, im new too and in need of some inspiration and motivation too, let me know if you find any!!!!! :-) xxx
