Hi, I'm new to this forum (well, in years) and have, after ignoring it for a long time, come to terms with the fact that I am WELL overweight and need to do something about it

I live in Scotland, weigh 230lbs and am desperate to be slim again!
My major GW is 128lbs which I would like to achieve by my wedding in June 2013. I'm hoping to lose approx. 10lbs a month.
