Hello, My name is Sherry. I will be starting the IP on Monday. I would like to loose about 55-60 lbs. I know I have seemed to try everything, it seemed everything I tried I gained it back and 10 lbs. My friend has lost 87 lbs in 15 weeks, and has been keeping it off even through the holidays. So he recruited me. I just need ideas on the veggies, I dislike most of them. My coach said Blend them if I have too, 4 cups of veggies a day.

Sherry, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diet plans such as IP, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join!

SHERRY ~ well, the IP plan is unique for sure; glad you have an idea how to eat more veggies on that plan -- hope it works out. Maybe blend some in a protein shake, or a veggie cocktail? Here's a link to the IP thread here ...
