I am new to the site and looking for some support in my new attempt to lose weight!

Welcome and good luck ! After trying all sorts of methods to lose weight I find calorie counting works best for me.

2fat4toolong, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diet plans, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join! Be sure to check out the UK Chicks

hi welcome!!! congrats on making it YOUR year. I feel the same way and I'm so dedicated. WE deserve it right Like you, I've never calorie counted before. I have been doing it for almost a month now and it's working great for me. Good job logging in your calories!
