Hi! I'm totally new to this forum and kind of confused on how to work it but I'll figure it out. I want to lose 20-25 lbs and I'm not sure why it is so difficult to lose that amount. It wouldn't take long if I would just do it. I have difficulty resisting sugar and tend to snack when I'm tired or thirsty. I'm hoping this website will help me stay motivated.
You can jump into any subforum here if you can relate to it in any way at all. I like the Weight Loss Support, Chicks In Control (for those of us with disordered eating....for me it's binging) and Calorie Counters (since that's what I do for weight loss). However, there are lots of other areas I dabble in. It has been an incredible source of support and information for me so I hope you find it just as helpful. Welcome!
welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups, such as LuckyMommy mentioned, centering around specific diet plans, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join!
